| Mount Fortress wasn't completed until 1626, even though construction began in 1617. At that time, besides the cannons, mount fortress also included military barracks, munitions warehouse and supply depots. The Mount Fortress is the primary defense centre along the eastern and western coastline in Macau. |
Macau Museum was built in 1998. Located close to Mount Fortress, it occupies an extensive area and is divided into two parts, namely the Museum Building and the Administrative Office. The Museum Building has three floors. Within the museum, introductions about the origins of Macau can be found, as well as information on holidays, folk art, living art mixed with the Chinese and the Portuguese, as well as the situation after the handover. There are also some very nice models of typical Chinese and Western style buildings. The administrative office contains a gift and souvenir shop. |

| St. Anthony's Church was originally built in 1558-1608 and burnt down twice after that. In 1930, it was rebuilt into today's appearance, becoming one of three ancient churches in Macau. In the past, the Portuguese liked to hold weddings here, hence the name of "Church of Flowers". |
Casa Garden / The British East Indies Company, built in the 18th century, was originally the luxurious villa of a royal aristocrat from Portugal, occupying a very extensive area and featuring the English architectural style. In the 20th century, it was the seat for a museum and currently is the site for Casa Garden. |

| Protestant Cemetery built in 1821, is the first protestant cemetery in Macau. Morrison Chapel within the cemetery is the first Christian burial ground in Macau. Many famous people from different countries were buried here. |
